Terms of Service – Fursuit Commissions
Last updated: June 2nd 2025By commissioning me for a fursuit or fursuit parts, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before submitting your request.1. General Terms
* All clients must be 18 years or older.
* I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
* All communication and inquiries must be done through Instagram DMs only. My account is, stinkycatkioya.2. Payment & Pricing
* To secure a place in my que, I must have your reference sheet as well as a down payment that will be decided with the customer.
* Full payment must be received before work begins, unless we have agreed to a payment plan.
* Payments are accepted via PayPal ONLY.
* Payment plans are available for projects over $800usd. A down payment is still needed.3. Refunds & Cancellations
* I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.
* Canceling a commission of any kind is acceptable but you WILL NOT receive a refund.4. Deadlines & Turnaround Time
* I do not guarantee deadlines unless clearly agreed upon in advance.
* You are welcome to request occasional updates via Instagram, but please do not spam messages.5. Designs & Concept Approval
* I require a clear digital reference sheet (preferably front and back views).
* I will NOT work from written-only descriptions or replicate another maker’s work.
* Some minor artistic liberties may be taken for function or style, but NEVER without customer approval.
* You must have the rights to the character you're commissioning. I am open to fandom based designs.6. Shipping
* Shipping costs are not included in the commission price.
* I ship using USPS and provide tracking with all packages.
* I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
* I do NOT ship outside of the untied states.7. Repairs & Warranty
* Free repairs are offered for up to 30days if due to my construction error (you will cover shipping).
* Damage caused by rough handling, poor care, or modifications is not covered.
* I may offer out-of-warranty repairs for a fee, depending on availability or damage.8. Use, Media, and Behavior
* You are welcome to share and wear your suit freely, including at events and online.
* Please do not use the suit for harmful, hateful acts.
* I reserve the right to post WIPs and final product photos on my own Instagram unless you request otherwise in advance.9. Resale & Modifications
* You may sell or trade your fursuit after receiving it.
* Please credit me as the original maker when doing so.
* I am not responsible for the suit once it has been resold or modified.10. Agreement
By submitting a commission request and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
